Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the 1550 platform (website: 1550.wine), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and all related platform policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions apply solely to individuals located in Bangladesh who have voluntarily chosen to use this platform. 1550 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms take effect upon publication on the website, and continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
To create an account on 1550, users must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may hold only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure.
- It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account password strictly confidential.
- Account credentials must not be shared with any third party.
- Any unauthorized access must be reported to the support team immediately.
- 1550 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity detected on an account.
1550 may request identity documents or other supporting materials at any time to verify account information. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All users must comply with the following rules while using 1550:
- No fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity is permitted on the platform.
- Accessing the platform using bots, automated software, or any unauthorized technology is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to harm or harass other users is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's security systems is not permitted.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited.
Any violation of these rules entitles 1550 to immediately suspend or permanently close the account and notify the relevant authorities. Users are also solely responsible for ensuring the security of the devices and internet connections they use to access the platform.
Payments, Transactions & Account Policy
All financial transactions on 1550 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currently supported payment methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional methods may be added in the future.
Deposit Terms
- After submitting a deposit request, providing the correct transaction ID is mandatory.
- Deposit requests submitted with incorrect or false information will be cancelled.
- The minimum deposit amount is listed in the Payments section and is subject to change.
Withdrawal Terms
- Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
- Withdrawals will be sent to the mobile banking number registered on the account.
- Withdrawing bonus funds requires meeting the specified wagering requirements.
- For unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests, 1550 may require additional verification.
1550 reserves the right to correct any technical errors or accidental credits. Any disputes regarding a transaction must be reported to the support team within 48 hours.

Intellectual Property
All content on the 1550 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of 1550. Reproducing, copying, or distributing any of these materials without permission is strictly prohibited. Intellectual property belonging to third-party software or game providers is governed by their respective policies.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites. 1550 is not responsible for the content or policies of those external sites. Users are advised to review the terms and conditions of any external site they visit.
Account Suspension or Closure & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
1550 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Registering with false or misleading information.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Suspected financial crime or fraudulent activity.
Users may also request account closure at any time. Any valid balance remaining in a closed account will be refunded subject to verification.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
